Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
Tax: All orders shipped in North Carolina will be charged a sales tax rate between 6.75% to 7.5%—based on the county you are shipping your order to.
SHIPPING + FULFILLMENT
Order Processing: Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that Hope Delivered has received your order. Within 3 to 5 business days after your order has been received, your order will be shipped. If you placed an order and didn't receive an order confirmation email or a shipping confirmation email, please check your email spam folder. If you are still unable to locate the email, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assess the situation and respond to you within 3 to 5 business days. NOTE: If you are purchasing a Custom Painting, we will be in direct contact with you throughout the entire process.
Delivery Times: All orders ship from North Carolina via USPS for Art Prints and FedEx Ground for Paintings, with an expected delivery date of 3 to 5 business days from date of shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information after your order has been shipped.
Art Prints: Medium and Large Art Prints are rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes. Mini Sets are shipped in stay-flat envelopes with cardboard inserts.
Paintings: Paintings are shipped in cardboard boxes with ample padding (bubble wrap, packing peanuts and/or shipping paper) and cardboard inserts for extra corner protection. Paintings will be covered with shipping insurance to ensure the protection of your artwork during transit.
Returns/Exchanges: We take great pride in providing you with high quality products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 14 days have passed we cannot replace or refund your purchase. Please note that all custom paintings are final-sale, and cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Products must be shipped with all of their original shipment packaging, including cardboard backing, to be eligible for a refund.
Before returning your item, please send an email to email@example.com referencing your order number, and giving us a brief description as to why you are making the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for your item. Once your items are received and your return is approved, the merchandise cost will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.
Damages: If your piece has been damaged in transit, please send us photos of the item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org with additional descriptions of the damages. We will review and begin processing a replacement or refund right away.
